South Acton Children's Centre Proposal

Papworth Research & Consultancy assisted Ealing Council to produce the business case for the development of a Play Centre on the South Acton Estate. The purpose of the Play Centre was to provide childcare and other services to children in the four to fourteen age range and their parents/carers, and to act as a base for the area's Sure Start programme. The business case covered such issues as the evidence of need, options, risks, contingencies, management structures, income and expenditure. Papworth Research & Consultancy also investigated potential sources of funding.
