Evaluation of ONE Marketing

After the launch of ONE, at that time a new system for claiming benefit for people of working age, Papworth Research & Consultancy worked with Market Research Services to investigate early reactions to the advertising and perceptions of the ONE service. Based on co-operation between the Benefits Agency, the Employment Service and local authorities, ONE offered a single point of entry into the benefits system. The research consisted of a mix of depth interviews and group discussions with ONE service users, potential users and ONE staff within the four pilot areas.
