3. What proportion of people living with at least one long-term condition are also living with a common mental health issue?
4. How much does having a long-term condition increase an individual’s risk of developing mental health issues.
5. What evidence exists for the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for people with long-term conditions?
6. What evidence exists for the efficacy of other talking therapies or mindfulness-based interventions for people with long-term conditions?
7. How many people are carers for someone with a long-term condition?
8. How many people with long-term conditions are carers for someone else with a long-term condition?
9. What is the emotional impact of Covid 19 on people with long-term conditions?
10. Why does having a long-term condition affect emotional/mental health?
11. What emotional support do people with long-term conditions say they find (or would find) helpful
12. What recommendations have been made, either in the UK or abroad, for providing emotional/mental health support for people with long-term conditions?
