The Centre for Mental Health is the UK leader in supporting local implementation of Individual Placement & Support (IPS), a model of supported employment for people using specialist mental health care services.
Working with InHealth Associates, we investigated what works when implementing IPS.
Through in-depth interviews with staff and service users, across six mental health trusts, we identified the factors that contribute to success and sustainability.
