Developing an Approach to Supporting Victims and Survivors of Domestic Abuse

Client: East Sussex Children's Centres

Papworth Research & Consultancy supported the East Sussex Children's Centres to develop a consistent approach to supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse through the following:

Identifying the activities and training delivered by each Children's Centre

Investigating the form in which each Children's Centre recorded domestic abuse issues

Building up a comprehensive list of agencies who worked in the field of domestic abuse.

This enabled the Children's Centres to produce a business case for a domestic abuse service.
