Baseline Study

Client: Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council Single Regeneration Budget Partnership

This project formed the baseline study for the Investing in Tomorrow's Citizens Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) Programme. The overall aim for the study was to gather baseline data in such a way as could be replicated in Years three and five of the SRB programme as part of the monitoring and evaluation process. The target group for the programme was those of the Borough's young people between the ages of 14 and 26 who had few identifiable skills, were potentially disaffected and/or were socially at risk.
