Evaluation of Transforming Practice in Care

Papworth Research & Consultancy evaluated this project, which was funded by the Learning & Skills Council through the European Social Fund, and which aimed to contribute to meeting the Government directive that, by 2005, 90 per cent of existing care workers would be qualified to NVQ 2.

The evaluation was undertaken through a series of consultations with partners involved in the management and delivery of the project, and with beneficiaries.
